Tow truck driver was in time, polite and quick to the location. Driver called to let me know he was assigned for my vehicle pick up and gave me an eta time. I wasn't able to go along but gave him all the locations for drop off where. Once I made it to the service shop there were no issues of my vehicle.

I gave Towing Brooklyn a call when I was stranded on the side of the road with a dead battery. They were able to jump start my car and get me back on the road in a reasonable time.
